Brad Stutzman
Chief Executive Officer
Brad Stutzman’s career has encompassed a wide array of roles, including executive positions in both the finance and construction industries. His primary business focus has been with entrepreneurial start-ups, real estate and renewable energy. Mr. Stutzman founded O3 Energy in 2011 via The Stutzman Group. He also went on to facilitate the successful start-up of multiple companies in various industries, including real estate and renewable energy. Prior to O3 Energy he assisted in the start-up of Folium Energy, a renewable energy development firm. Mr. Stutzman’s expertise lies in developing internal management directives and structuring company processes. Currently, Mr. Stutzman holds the role of Chief Executive Officer at O3 Energy, handling project development tasks. Mr. Stutzman received his BAAS from University of North Texas .
Donald Reed
Vice President, Construction
46 years traditional Utility Transmission, Distribution, and Substation Construction. Highlighted projects: the first 500KWDC Substation in USA; Re-electrification of Erie-Lackawanna Railroad in NJ; Rail Electrification project Harlem-Hudson Line, NY; 345KV Substation and transmission system 300 miles in Michigan. Served as President and CEO of FA Tucker (a NYSE Company) performing Utility Construction in USA and Canada; Vice President of Specialty Projects for MasTec Inc; performing Wind and Specialty Projects and Substation projects; Founder and President of Power Partners (Sold to MasTec Inc), performing Electrical Construction of over 3500MW Wind Farms in USA; Founder and President of Green Earth Developers, (Sold to CBDEF), performing Construction of over 14MW of Solar projects, USA. Founder and President of Foremost Energy.
Matt Ji
Financial Analyst & Asset Manager
Matt Ji has extensive research experience in meteorology and artificial neural networks, while spending over 7 years in renewable energy. As a financial analyst, Mr. Ji evaluates the O3 Energy’s project pipeline for economic feasibility. He also assists the company’s clients and partners with any financial and technical inquiries. Mr. Ji holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Management from the University of Freiburg and a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, with minors in Economics and Public Policy.
Thomas Graham
Public Relations Director
Thomas Graham is a Texas native, and joined O3 Energy as the Director of Public Relations. Since graduating from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in advertising, Thomas has been a part of the film industry, as well as a cast Member at Walt Disney World. These experiences combined with a decade in various customer service roles, has allowed Thomas to sharpen his ability to connect and communicate with others effortlessly. His goals are to make O3 Energy a household name and to educate and assist homeowners and businesses alike to take control of their energy independence. Being an environmental advocate, he believes that renewable energy sources are the solution for a clean, sustainable future for us and for continuing generations.
Matt Giger
President, Marianas
Mr. Giger is a high-level executive who has enjoyed the island life for past 27 years, living in Hawaii for 9 years and the island of Guam for the past 16 years. As power rates climbed rapidly over the last 10 years in his home region, Mr. Giger realized that big power consumers could immediately benefit from the O3 Energy solar solution. He joined O3 Energy to help create maximum power savings and income potential by providing turnkey solutions for both purchase or Power Purchase Agreements in the Asia Pacific area. Mr. Giger has been a business development specialist with diversified success in multiple industries, including executive management in Telecommunications, Media, Real Estate, Food & Beverage, and Advertising. Notably Mr. Giger was nominated as Guam Executive of the Year in 2009-2010.
Alejandro Velasco Padilla
President, Mexico
Mr. Velasco formerly worked for an international logistics and support corporation, 440 Energy Solutions, an energy efficiency product manufacturer. He has also served as CEO of Sitemes EcoTechnologies, an energy-efficient lighting company. Mr. Velasco currently serves as the Co-President for the Organizing Committee of the Celebrations of The Municipality of Lagos, Moreno. Velasco is a significant collaborator with the Congres of Mexico on several projects, including the International Business Administration. Mr. Velasco attended the Monterrey Campus of Chihuahua, with a degree in International Trade with a specialty in International Business Administration.
